Your data is stored on HubSpot's infrastructure located in the European Union (Germany, AWS Frankfurt region). We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data as follows:
- Contact form submissions: 2 years from the date of collection
- Active business relationships: During the relationship and for 3 years after its conclusion for potential warranty claims or contractual matters
- Legal obligations: When required by applicable law (e.g., accounting regulations), data may be retained for longer periods
After the retention period expires, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your personal data is processed and stored within the European Union. We use HubSpot, which hosts data in the EU (Germany).
While HubSpot is a US-based company, it has implemented appropriate safeguards for data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. HubSpot staff may access your data from other regions for support purposes in accordance with their Data Processing Agreement.

8. SECURITY MEASURES
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:
